High School Strength & Conditioning (Varsity Club)

This class is comprised of group training sessions for athletes ages 15 – 18. These sessions are programmed to elicit gains in strength , power and metabolic conditioning. Athletes must complete and pass the Basic Barbell course prior to admittance into the Varsity Club.
Monday-Wednesday 4:30pm
Saturday 10am
