Rx Strength

Rx Strength is a strength program designed to optimize your strength gains. With a progressive and technique driven approach , athletes can expect to focus on lifts such as deadlift , squat ,presses, bench press and cleans. Cost $150 (8 sessions)  Sign Up Now

Olympic Lifting

This class is structured to increase proficiency in the Olympic Lifts (Clean & Jerk , Snatch). The nature of  these classes will develop technique while building strength and developing power. Cost $150 (8 Sessions)  Sign Up Now


High School Strength & Conditioning (Varsity Club)

This class is comprised of group training sessions for athletes ages 15 – 18. These sessions are programmed to elicit gains in strength , power and metabolic conditioning. Speed & Agility

Our speed and agility classes will help you to train your muscles and brain to work together quickly, so that you can move, react and perform faster than you ever have in the past.

While these classes will by nature result in some cardio vascular exercise, they are not designed to be a cardio vascular fitness class. The purpose is to build synapses that will allow your brain and muscles to communicate more effectively and efficiently. In other words, the goal is to break bad habits and replace them with good ones that will help you perform to your maximum potential
