Warm Up : Joint Mobility , Dynamic Posterior Chain Flow , Trigger Point

3 x 10 Good Mornings

3 x 5 Snatch Balance

Strength :

A. 3x5 Back squats 80% 1RM

B. 3x5 Bench Press 80% 1RM
 
*All sets are performed with same weight as to keep us in line with our progressions for the cycle.
