Big Dawgs Training

Big Dawgs Training follows a training regiment designed by the the folks at Optimum Performance Training. This program is specifically designed for the competitive Crossfitter. This class meets Monday - Friday at 830. Classes typically last 90 minutes.

5 - Hang Cleans ( Heavy w Vigor)
